Truth be told, I think she liked Dr. Powell more than me during each pregnancy as he is one of the nicest person you could meet! I haven’t tried these folks for chiropractic, but I’m a devoted fan of their physical training program, which utilizes super slow weight lifting to help resolve chronic back pain. I’ve been going there for a few years off and on and it’s done more to resolve my back pain than anything else I’ve tried, including physical therapy. If you have back pain and your doctor says that strengthening the muscles would help, I strongly recommend this program.

The spring training in addition to my chiropractic work was an amazing and wonderful balance. Using the machines during treatment really contributed to the success of my recovery. Everyone is very nice and friendly and I love coming to the office!

I have been to other chiropractors who have provided me relief from lower back pain but none who address the root cause, lack of core strength. Dr. Greg worked on my spinal alignment and put me into a core strengthening program. Not only is the whole team professional, they are great people too!

I received eight treatments from Dr. Gittins in February. Shortly after treatment began I had my first “pain free” day. I feel as if I have years, good years, left to live now. I am out walking again. I am ready to wax my car and dance the jig!

Now within the past three weeks, I have used a ladder to clean gutters and remove excess moss off the roof of our home. I am now able to sleep through the night without the neck and shoulder pain, WHAT A RELIEF!
I’ve been through a couple of other programs with little improvement so I was pretty apprehensive about Back 2strength. But they were a huge help. I feel so much better and will be recommending them to everyone with back trouble. Thanks guys

A quick note/reminder about exercising outside after surrounding forest fire smoke fills the air.....is it safe and without potential consequence??
The higher the level of warning or level of particles in the air, the higher the chance of irritation you may experience (sinus, throat, cough, eye, respiratory irritation). These will be exacerbated if you have any risk factors or pre-existing conditions like heart or lung disease, asthma or allergies.
If you do run when you smell smoke you risk respiratory irritation. When you run, you breathe faster and more deeply taking in fine particles deeper into your lungs. During exercise, people can increase their air intake as much as 10 to 20 times over their resting level. Increased breathing rates bring more pollution deep into the lungs.
